الأهلية والحساب
البوابة مخصصة لمستأجري رخاء وإدارته. يجب تقديم معلومات صحيحة، وتأكيد البريد، وانتظار موافقة الإدارة وربط الحساب بالمكتب. أنت مسؤول عن سرية بيانات الدخول وعن النشاط الصادر من حسابك، وعليك إبلاغ الإدارة فوراً عن أي استخدام غير مصرح.
قواعد الحجز
تخضع الحجوزات لساعات العمل والمدد والرصيد الأسبوعي وفترة الحجز المسبق وحد التعديل ومهلة التأكيد التي تضبطها الإدارة. يجوز إلغاء الحجز غير المؤكد تلقائياً بعد المهلة. يظهر تقويم القاعة المصدر التشغيلي للتوفر؛ وقد تتأخر المزامنة مؤقتاً. للإدارة تعديل أو إلغاء الحجز أو تعليق الخدمة عند التعارض أو الصيانة أو سوء الاستخدام أو الحاجة التشغيلية.
مسؤولية المستخدم
يلتزم المستخدم بالاستخدام النظامي، وعدم حجز أوقات وهمية أو تعطيل الآخرين أو مشاركة حسابه أو إدخال محتوى مخالف أو بيانات حساسة غير لازمة. يتحمل المستأجر مسؤولية الاجتماع وضيوفه وسلوكهم وسلامة استخدام القاعة والممتلكات والامتثال لتعليمات المبنى.
الخدمات الخارجية
تستخدم البوابة Supabase وNetlify وGoogle وخدمة بريد معاملاتي. تسجيل الدخول بواسطة Google اختياري ويخضع أيضاً لـ شروط Google وسياسة خصوصيتها. رخاء لا يتحكم في هذه الخدمات أو شبكات الاتصالات ولا يضمن استمرارها أو خلوها من الأعطال، ولا يتحمل مسؤولية أفعال الطرف الخارجي إلى الحد الذي يجيزه النظام.
إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها
تقدم الخدمة بالحالة المتاحة ولتنظيم استخدام القاعة، ولا تمثل ضماناً لتوفرها دون انقطاع أو لقبول كل حجز أو ملاءمة القاعة لغرض خاص. على المستخدم التحقق من التفاصيل المهمة ووضع بديل للاجتماعات الحساسة. إلى أقصى حد يسمح به النظام، لا تتحمل رخاء أو مالك الموقع أو مصممه ومطوره مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة أو فقد الأعمال أو البيانات أو الأرباح الناتج عن الاستخدام أو الانقطاع أو خطأ المستخدم أو خدمة خارجية. لا يستبعد هذا النص مسؤولية لا يجوز استبعادها نظاماً، بما فيها ما ينشأ عن الغش أو الخطأ الجسيم أو السلوك العمدي حيث ينطبق.
التعويض والإنهاء
يتحمل المستخدم، في حدود النظام، المطالبات والتكاليف الناشئة عن إساءة استخدامه أو مخالفته لهذه الشروط أو حقوق الغير. يجوز تعليق الحساب أو إنهاؤه عند انتهاء العلاقة الإيجارية أو مخالفة الشروط أو لحماية النظام والمستخدمين.
الملكية والتغييرات
الموقع والعلامة والتصميم والمحتوى مملوكة لأصحابها ولا تمنح هذه الشروط حق نسخها أو استغلالها. قد تتغير الخدمة أو الشروط، وسيعلن تاريخ السريان الجديد. يحكم هذه الشروط نظام المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص الجهات والمحاكم المختصة في الرياض بما ينشأ عنها.

Eligibility and account
The portal is for Rakha tenants and management. You must provide accurate information, confirm your email, and wait for management approval and office assignment. You are responsible for your credentials and account activity and must report unauthorized access promptly.
Booking rules
Bookings are governed by the hours, durations, weekly allowance, advance window, edit limit and confirmation deadline set by management. Unconfirmed bookings may expire automatically. The room calendar is the operational availability source and synchronization may be delayed. Management may change or cancel bookings or suspend service for conflicts, maintenance, misuse or operational need.
User responsibility
Do not create sham bookings, disrupt others, share accounts, submit unlawful content or add unnecessary sensitive data. The tenant is responsible for its meeting, guests, conduct, safe use of the room and property, and compliance with building instructions.
Third-party services
The portal uses Supabase, Netlify, Google and a transactional email service. Google sign-in is optional and also governed by Google’s terms and privacy policy. Rakha does not control these providers or communications networks and does not guarantee their availability or accept responsibility for their acts to the extent permitted by law.
Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided as available to coordinate room use. It does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, acceptance of every booking, or fitness of the room for a particular purpose. Verify critical details and maintain an alternative for sensitive meetings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rakha, the site owner, and its designer and developer are not liable for indirect loss, loss of business, data or profit arising from use, interruption, user error or a third-party service. Nothing excludes liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded, including fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct where applicable.
Indemnity and termination
To the extent permitted by law, users are responsible for claims and costs caused by their misuse, breach or infringement of third-party rights. Access may be suspended or ended when the tenancy ends, these terms are breached, or protection of the system or users requires it.
Ownership, changes and law
The site, brand, design and content belong to their respective owners. No right to copy or exploit them is granted. The service or terms may change and the effective date will be updated. Saudi Arabian law governs these terms and the competent authorities and courts in Riyadh have jurisdiction.
