الجهة المسؤولة والتواصل
بوابة رخاء هي الجهة المسؤولة عن معالجة البيانات لأغراض تشغيل خدمة حجز قاعة الاجتماعات. للاستفسارات وطلبات الخصوصية: rakhacenter@gmail.com أو 0592328502.
البيانات التي نعالجها
- الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ومعرّف الحساب وطريقة تسجيل الدخول.
- المكتب أو المستأجر المرتبط بالحساب وحالة موافقة الإدارة.
- عنوان الاجتماع وموعده ومدته وعدد الحضور والملاحظات وحالة الحجز.
- سجل التغييرات والتأكيد والإلغاء ومحاولات الإرسال والمزامنة، وبيانات تقنية وأمنية لازمة للتشغيل.
الأغراض والأساس النظامي
نستخدم البيانات للتحقق من الهوية، مراجعة الحسابات، تطبيق رصيد المكتب وسياسات الحجز، مزامنة تقويم القاعة، إرسال الرسائل الخدمية، منع التعارض وسوء الاستخدام، الاستجابة للدعم، والوفاء بالالتزامات النظامية. نعالج البيانات لتنفيذ الخدمة المطلوبة، ولمصلحة تشغيلية مشروعة، وبالموافقة عندما يتطلب النظام ذلك.
Google API وخدمات الأطراف الأخرى
عند استخدام Google لتسجيل الدخول، نستقبل بيانات الهوية الأساسية التي يوافق المستخدم على مشاركتها. صلاحية تقويم Google الإدارية تستخدم فقط لمزامنة تقويم القاعة المخصص ولا تمنح المستأجرين وصولاً إلى حساب القاعة. استخدام ونقل بيانات Google يخضعان لـ سياسة بيانات مستخدمي خدمات Google API ومتطلبات الاستخدام المحدود. لا نبيع بيانات Google ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات.
نعتمد على Supabase للمصادقة وقاعدة البيانات، وNetlify للاستضافة والوظائف، وGoogle للمصادقة والتقويم، ومزوّد بريد معاملاتي عند تفعيله. تعالج هذه الجهات البيانات وفق شروطها وسياساتها وقد تتم المعالجة خارج المملكة مع تطبيق الضوابط التعاقدية والتقنية والمتطلبات النظامية للنقل.
الاحتفاظ والحماية
نحتفظ ببيانات الحساب طوال علاقة الإيجار أو الحاجة التشغيلية. نحتفظ بسجلات الحجز والتدقيق عادة لمدة تصل إلى سنتين بعد الاجتماع، ثم نحذفها أو نجردها من الهوية ما لم يلزم احتفاظ أطول لنزاع أو التزام نظامي. نستخدم تشفير النقل، وضوابط وصول حسب الصلاحية، وسياسات قاعدة بيانات، وتشفير أسرار التكامل، وسجلات تدقيق. لا توجد خدمة إلكترونية خالية تماماً من المخاطر.
حقوقك
بحسب النظام المطبق، يمكنك طلب العلم بالمعالجة والوصول إلى بياناتك وتصحيحها أو إتلافها أو سحب الموافقة حيث تكون هي الأساس. قد نطلب التحقق من الهوية، وقد نحتفظ بما يلزم نظاماً أو لحماية الحقوق. أرسل الطلب عبر وسائل التواصل أعلاه وسنرد ضمن المدة النظامية.
ملفات الارتباط والتحديثات
تستخدم البوابة تخزيناً محلياً ضرورياً للغة وجلسة المصادقة، ولا تستخدم ملفات إعلانية. قد نحدّث السياسة عند تغير الخدمة أو المتطلبات، وسيظهر تاريخ السريان الجديد هنا.

Controller and contact
The Rakha portal controls personal data used to operate the shared meeting-room service. Privacy requests: rakhacenter@gmail.com or 0592328502.
Data we process
- Name, email, account identifier and sign-in method.
- Your approved tenant or office association.
- Meeting title, time, duration, attendance, notes and booking status.
- Change, confirmation, cancellation, delivery, sync, security and operational logs.
Purposes and legal basis
We use this data to authenticate users, approve accounts, enforce office allowances and booking rules, synchronize the room calendar, send service messages, prevent conflicts and misuse, provide support and meet legal duties. Processing is based on providing the requested service, legitimate operational interests, and consent where required.
Google API and service providers
Google sign-in provides the basic identity data you authorize. Administrative Google Calendar access is used only to synchronize the dedicated room calendar; tenants do not receive access to the room account. Google API data is handled under the Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
Supabase provides authentication and database services, Netlify hosts the site and functions, Google provides identity and calendar services, and a transactional email provider may deliver service messages. Processing may occur outside Saudi Arabia subject to applicable transfer requirements and contractual and technical safeguards.
Retention and security
Account data is kept while the tenancy or operational need continues. Booking and audit records are ordinarily retained for up to two years after the meeting, then deleted or de-identified unless a legal duty or dispute requires longer retention. We use transport encryption, role-based access, database policies, encrypted integration secrets and audit logs. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to be informed, access, correct or destroy your data, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. We may verify identity and retain records required by law or to protect rights. Contact us through the channels above.
Storage and changes
The portal uses essential local storage for language and authentication sessions and does not use advertising cookies. Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
